Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key advisor on DoD and IC acquisition processes related to GEOINT technologies and programs interoperability, standards and conformance.
Coordinate with standards governance bodies, including the DoD IT Services Registry (DISR) and Intelligence Community Services Registry (ICSR).
Support the development, implementation, and testing of GEOINT standards conformance across DoD, IC, and allied partner enterprise systems.
Collaborate with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and similar organizations to support enterprise GEOINT testing, evaluation, and data performance assurance.
Contribute expertise in DoDAF artifacts and enterprise architecture for large-scale system implementations.
Provide guidance on the operational use of GEOINT in support of U.S. military and intelligence missions, including future warfare systems.
Support outreach, strategic planning, and technical documentation related to GEOINT capabilities, services, interoperability, standards and conformance.
Conduct conformance assessments and technical performance reviews to ensure compliance with GEOINT standards and mission requirements.
Deliver technical briefings and recommendations to senior stakeholders on GEOINT data integration and standardization efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience supporting GEOINT programs or initiatives within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
Deep understanding of GEOINT standards, conformance, data formats, and integration best practices across enterprise environments.
Knowledge of GEOINT interoperability requirements for GEOINT systems and/or GEOINT components involving multiple assets, platforms, capabilities, including allied partner systems.
Familiarity with DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, and JITC conformance and governance processes.
Familiarity with Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and/or the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
Experience supporting military or IC operations through geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
