Full Job Description
Are you a compensation strategist who thrives in the "gray space"? Do you look at complex data and see a story waiting to be told? At Sabre, we aren't just looking for an administrator; we're looking for a Principal level architect to own our executive rewards landscape.

This isn't a "follow the manual" type of role. We want a self-starter who views this position as a platform to build, innovate, and essentially write their own roadmap for professional growth. If you are ready to lead a Center of Excellence (COE) and influence the highest levels of a global tech leader, let's talk.

The Opportunity

As a key pillar of our Global Total Rewards team, you will be the primary driver of executive compensation and equity strategy. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial goals and the engagement of our top leadership. Success here means moving beyond data entry to provide the data-driven insights that shape Sabre's future.

What You'll Do (And Own)
  • Be the Architect: Lead the Total Rewards COE, partnering with HR and Business Leaders to design and implement global standard processes that actually work.
  • Govern Equity: Oversee the lifecycle of our equity programs from RSUs to complex long-term incentives ensuring we are competitive, compliant, and cutting-edge.
  • Influence the Board: Prepare high-stakes materials for the Compensation Committee and lead the technical preparation of the annual Proxy Statement.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant to senior executives, Finance, and Legal teams, translating complex tax and regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies.
  • Drive Innovation: Don't just monitor trends anticipate them. Use market analysis to ensure Sabre remains a destination for top-tier global talent.

Who You Are
  • A Self-Starter: You don't wait for a project plan; you create it. You are motivated by the chance to identify gaps and build the solutions yourself.
  • A Precision Strategist: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality, especially when it comes to proxy disclosures and equity administration.
  • A Storyteller: You can take a spreadsheet of market benchmarks and turn it into a compelling presentation for the C-Suite.
  • An Ambitious Leader: You are looking for a role that offers the autonomy to define your own path and the visibility to accelerate your career.

Your Background
  • Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 8 years specifically focused on executive compensation and equity administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Technical Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must; you should be able to model complex scenarios with ease.
  • The "Extras": Professional certifications like CCP or CEP are highly preferred and will set you apart.
  • Project Mastery: Proven track record of managing full-scale project life cycles from initial design and documentation to change management and execution.

Benefits/Perks:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous Paid Time Off (5 weeks PTO your first year!)
  • 4 days (one per quarter) of Volunteer Time Off (VTO)
  • Year-End break from Dec 26th - Dec 31st
  • We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and Wellness Programs
  • Paid parental leave
  • An infrastructure that allows flexible working arrangements
  • Formal and informal reward, recognition, and acknowledgment programs
