The Architect will act as a key leader, collaborating with senior stakeholders to design and implement innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that deliver measurable business impact. AI Business Process Engineering Architect (AI-BPEA) sits at the intersection of technology, process, and transformation - bridging what AI Engineers build and what Enterprise Engineers enable with how the business works and evolves.
Education
- Bachelor's or master's in industrial engineering, Business Process Management, Computer Science, or related field. (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
- Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, or AI-for-Leaders credentials. (Preferred)
Experience
- Eight years Business process engineering, domain architecture, or related roles, with a focus on large-scale organizations. (Required)
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$116,729.60-$216,777.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
