We are seeking a Systems Design & Architecture Engineer to define the technologies and products that will drive our continued market success looking ahead 3-5 years.

This exciting position offers the opportunity to gain deep domain technology and market knowledge by collaborating with our customers, working with our engineering teams, and performing independent research. • Create technical documentation including datasheets and customer presentations.
  • Provide technical support for responses to customer RFI/RFQ.

  • Develop system models and run behavioral simulations to evaluate system architectural tradeoffs.
  • Propose technologies and products to support customer requirements.
  • Guide customers on technology selection and architecture development.
  • Perform competitive analysis of near-term and long-term solutions.
  • Assist in creation of product line technology and product roadmaps, including functional safety and security.
  • Travel globally to engage with customers and technology partners.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Excellent listening and perception skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and work within a cross-functional team
  • 10+ years of work experience with B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with general analog and digital design and system architectures
  • Ability to travel up to 2-3 weeks per quarter, including 2-3 international trips/year.

Highly desirable
  • 10+ years of applicable automotive applications, electronics design, or product definition experience
  • M.Sc. or Ph. D. degree
  • High-speed SerDes or RF systems experience
