The Principal Customer Support Management Professional (CSPM) is the senior customer support leader for a major Boeing aircraft platform. As Principal CSPM at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the customer support management function, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation as a customer-obsessed organization. This role owns the overall health of Honeywell Aerospace products operating on the assigned fleet and serves as the voice of the customer within Honeywell Aerospace and the voice of Honeywell Aerospace to Boeing. With a customer-obsessed mindset, you anticipate customer needs, turn fleet and operational insights into action, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver timely, transparent, and sustainable outcomes. The role balances customer commitments, contractual requirements, fleet performance, and Honeywell Aerospace business objectives while strengthening the long-term Boeing relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior customer support focal point for the assigned Boeing platform and own in-service performance across installed products and systems.
  • Build trusted relationships across Boeing Customer Support, Fleet Support, Engineering, and executive leadership; represent Honeywell Aerospace in customer reviews and fleet forums.
  • Lead cross-functional resolution of complex fleet, product, and operational issues, including escalations, recovery plans, corrective actions, and clear stakeholder communications.
  • Establish and operate a disciplined Management Operating System that provides visibility to fleet health, critical issues, risks, commitments, and performance metrics.
  • Lead entry-into-service planning and execution for new platforms, derivatives, product upgrades, and service bulletins affecting the assigned fleet.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable customer support agreements, contractual commitments, and platform-specific performance requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Quality, Product Support, Airline Customer Support, Program Management, and business leaders to improve customer outcomes.
  • Use data, digital tools, Artificial Intelligence and continuous improvement methods to identify trends, reduce recurrence, improve reliability, and inform support investments and business decisions.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of aerospace, customer support, engineering, program management, airline operations, Supply Chain, or related technical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional issue resolution and communicate effectively with customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting Boeing commercial or defense aircraft platforms, an aerospace OEM, airline, or major fleet operator.
  • Direct customer relationship experience in a highly technical or operational environment, including customer escalations and recovery programs.
  • Integrated Supply Chain experience, including partnership across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, repairs, logistics, and supplier performance.
  • Working knowledge of aerospace systems, fleet operations, reliability, maintenance practices, and product support.
  • Artificial intelligence adoption experience or strong AI acumen, including the ability to identify responsible use cases that improve insights, productivity, and customer support execution.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset with a record of listening deeply, anticipating needs, maintaining transparency, and driving outcomes that build trust.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer advocacy, contractual commitments, operational priorities, risk, and financial objectives.
  • Executive presence, influential communication, and the ability to present complex issues and recommendations clearly to varied audiences.
  • Program or project leadership experience; PMP or equivalent certification is beneficial.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience or certification.
