Principal Associate, Tech Learning Project Manager
This role will provide learning program management for our Professional Tech Upskilling curriculum. This person will own the learning needs analysis and stakeholder relationships to create the learning roadmap, partner with vendors, internal SMEs and others to deliver learning in a variety of modalities. This role is expected to identify and escalate issues in risks in their team's delivery and will be responsible for partnering with engineering to execute and deliver technical solutions. In partnership with our engineering team, this role may lean into refining Tech College product roadmap and feature requirements.

We are looking for someone with:
Experience partnering with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and define new initiatives for business impact

Effective communication, both written and verbally, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Basic qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years experience in project, process or program management
At least 1 year in communication or change management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Project ManagerRichmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
