Program Communications: Synthesize global strategies and consumer insights into actionable marketing briefs that drive consistency across all activation markets.

  • Global Agency Coordination: Liaison with a diverse roster of creative, media, PR, and event agencies across international regions; establish KPIs, lead operational reviews, and track performance to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Secure executive buy-in by translating complex program goals into compelling, data-driven business cases that encourage widespread adoption.

  • Communications Strategy: Collaborate with International Comms to deploy pre- and post-campaign plans that amplify engagement and leverage post-event analysis for future insights.

KPI & Performance Tracking: Conduct deep-dive analyses of post-activation metrics to maintain reporting on global campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management: Oversee activation budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and adherence to regional allocations.
