Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Prime Contract Administrator to join our team and support prime contract administration for complex projects. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with contractual requirements, manage documentation, and collaborate with multiple departments to keep projects on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of contract management, we want to hear from you!

Location

Idaho Falls, Scoville, ID. This position is on an active contruction site, on the Naval Reactor Facility (NRF). Daily attendance to the NRF is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Manage non-technical aspects of assigned projects in coordination with contract managers, project managers, and project teams.
  • Document, track, and process contract changes, amendments, and modifications throughout project execution.
  • Interpret and communicate contract terms, conditions, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of contractual correspondence for timely communication and documentation.
  • Coordinate with discipline leads and Procurement to support change management and flow-down of prime contract requirements.
  • Monitor contract compliance by tracking deliverables, schedules, certifications, and required documentation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining contract administration processes and tools; provide training as needed.
  • Review contract documents to identify potential conflicts, ambiguities, and risks.
  • Prepare and distribute contractual and progress-related reports as requested.
