Overview:

Sentara Medical Group is hiring several full time positions throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Sentara Internal Medicine and Family Medicinelocations located in areas from Halifax, to Virginia Beach, to Northern Virginia and Charlottesville are accepting applications for 2027 and 2028 start dates.

Position Highlights:

  • 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of admin)

  • Average number of patients per week 80-90

  • In a large call group with infrequent call nights.

    Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN

  • No hospital rounds required

  • Provide primary care for patients in the panel. Age restrictions negotiable.
