Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pmPosition Summary:The Primary Care Physician provides direct primary medical care to participants of the PACE Program in the context of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). This position supervises clinical medical care provided by Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
Position Qualifications:- MD or DO required. Valid MD license in good standing to practice medicine in the State of Kentucky. Fellowship or additional training in Geriatrics preferred.
- Minimum two years clinical experience required, with experience working with frail or elderly populations strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including the IDT Team and external healthcare providers.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the PACE service area.
