Primary Care Physician - Oswego County

Position Description: Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physician to join our expanding Primary Care team and drive practice growth within our practices in both Onondaga County and Oswego County.

In this family medicine role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting medical histories and physical exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. You will also order diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals as needed.

You will manage a diverse panel of new and established patients, supported by a collaborative team of administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and dedicated support staff.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Highly competitive salary range of $255 - $275k plus wRVU model
