Discover an outstanding opportunity to practice meaningful, patient-centered primary care in one of Connecticut's most desirable communities. Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a brand-new location in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford, CT (85 miles from NYC and 14 miles north of Danbury) to start in the Summer or Fall 2026. It is a highly regarded well-established practice with limited on call obligations. You will work with 3 Physicians in a collegial environment known for exceptional care and strong community relationships. We have a busy, established practice in a family-friendly location. This practice sees patients ages 18+.

Job Requirements:
  • MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
  • Have successfully completed a Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Residency.
  • Experienced Primary Care Physicians and new grads Residents are welcome to apply, Chief Resident experience preferred for possible leadership role
  • Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
  • Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
