Full Job Description
The Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care Decker Blvd. in Columbia, South Carolina will be responsible for managing a panel of patients and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. Your work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

You will be working full-time and on-site at our Decker Blvd. Clinic. You will report to the South Carolina Associate Medical Director. You will focus on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. You will keep a medical history and medical records. You will refer the patient to specialists as needed. You are an to influence department's strategy. You will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. You will exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of technical experience

Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction

Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university

Prefer Internal Medicine specialty

Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

If selected for this role, you will be required to complete a Tuberculosis Screening

You must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
