Join a highly collaborative and technologically advanced private practice dedicated to quality-driven primary care in Columbia. We are seeking a long-term primary care NP or PA to join our team in a role that offers unmatched scheduling flexibility, a focus on "quality over quantity," and the support of a tenured clinical staff.

  • Full Scope Primary Care (18+): Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse adult population, ranging from young professionals to geriatrics. Our practice manages everything from wellness prevention to chronic disease management and GYN services.
  • Clinician-Centric Environment: Work in an office that truly values provider well-being. Our practice utilizes Suki AI dictation to minimize charting, and we maintain a patient-first model with a manageable average of 19 patients per day.
  • Unrivaled Schedule Flexibility: We offer a highly adaptable schedule to fit your lifestyle. Whether you prefer a 4 or 5-day work week, we offer flexible start and end times.
  • Paid Admin & Remote Opportunities: Full-time providers receive 4 hours of paid admin time per week. Once established, you have the opportunity to combine admin time with telehealth visits to work one full day from home each week.
  • Focus on Quality Time: We prioritize thorough patient care by scheduling 40-minute blocks for wellness visits and new patients, with 20-minute blocks for acute follow-ups.
