• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans and manage medications

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies

• Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and chronic disease management

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

• Support quality improvement initiatives and population health programs

Required

• Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain Alaska licensure

• National Board Certification (FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, or applicable certification)

• Current DEA registration

• Current BLS certification

• Two or more years of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community health

• Experience managing chronic diseases in an outpatient setting

• Passion for preventive medicine and patient engagement

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
