Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Current, unencumbered Kentucky and/or Indiana nursing license with national certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in family practice or primary care preferred.
• Experience in a nonprofit or commitment to a service-driven environment.
• Alignment with Matthew 25's mission, vision, and values essential.
• Willingness to travel across a large geographic area in Kentucky as needed.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
• Provide prevention and treatment options for PrEP, PEP, and Hepatitis C.
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding patient care.
• Participate in case consultations to ensure coordinated care.
• Document all aspects of direct patient services as required.
• Assist in coordinating treatment efforts among other healthcare providers.
