Overview:
The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, while also offering prevention and treatment options including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), and Hepatitis C care. The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will effectively communicate and work in conjunction with staff involved in patient treatment and participate in case consultation, complete necessary documentation related to direct services provided and, as necessary, assist in coordination of treatment with other providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required at minimum.
- Maintain a current and unencumbered Kentucky and/or Indiana license, along with national certification.
- 2 - 3 years family practice or primary care, preferred.
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.

- Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test.
