Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will join Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large and dynamic multi-specialty medical group dedicated to providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento Region, playing a pivotal role in our busy Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic in Natomas, CA.

 

You will engage in an outpatient adult primary care practice, without nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. You'll become part of a collegial and supportive work environment within an established medical group, where our Humankindness culture ensures you are treated like a human, not just a number.

 

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eager to contribute to a growing organization with a long-standing history of providing comprehensive primary and specialty care, working collaboratively to meet the unique needs of each patient.

 

We are offering:

  • Annual salary: $134,000 - $177,000 (depending on experience)
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Productivity and quality incentives
  • CME allowance
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer
Job Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

Completion of state mandated educational courses
