Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA), you will serve as a vital clinical partner, assuming personal accountability for our organization's mission while delivering high-quality, comprehensive patient care. Whether you are performing rapid assessments, clinical procedures, or providing essential patient education, you will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team.

Every day you will manage a clinical schedule split between two convenient locations, offering you the autonomy to provide expert care while building your patient panel. Your work-life balance is prioritized through a flexible Monday - Friday schedule with customizable start and stop times and only minimal call requirements (approximately one week every eight weeks). In this role, you will be empowered to work independently, utilizing your clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, and restore the health and well-being of your patients in a supportive and resource-rich environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated, autonomous practitioner with a genuine desire to build strong, lasting relationships with your patients and colleagues. Job Requirements

Required

Nurse Practitioner:
  • Master's degree in nursing as Nurse Practitioner
    Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the Utah Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty required.
  • RN License required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan
Physician Assistant:
  • Masters graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required
  • PA Certification by N.C.C.P.A. and current mid-level provider license by the state of Utah required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required
