Overview

The President, Home Care & Industrial serves as the chief executive of the business segment with full responsibility for strategy, growth, profitability, operational performance, customer relationships, talent development, and long-term value creation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader establishes the strategic vision for the business and ensures execution against revenue, EBITDA, market share, and enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Full P&L ownership for the Home Care & Industrial business.
    • Establish and execute long-range strategic plans.
    • Lead commercial growth, customer strategy, innovation, operations, supply chain, and talent initiatives.
    • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and return on invested capital.
    • Build executive relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Lead mergers, acquisitions, integration activities, and strategic investments as appropriate.
    • Develop a high-performing executive leadership team and succession pipeline.
    • Represent the business with the Board, investors, customers, and industry stakeholders.
