  • Ensure the shop is properly equipped and organized by maintaining adequate manpower, tools, equipment, materials, and safe packaging and shipping processes for field delivery.
  • Conduct regular project site visits to verify prefab assemblies are installed as designed, gather field feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen collaboration between shop and field teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing standardized prefab details, refining fabrication processes, implementing Lean Construction principles, and expanding prefabrication capabilities, including welding, powder coating, UL-listed assemblies, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Prefabrication Shop personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, communication, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the company's prefabrication subject matter expert, providing leadership in planning meetings, coordinating priorities across multiple projects, communicating progress with stakeholders, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve project execution and prefabrication performance.

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, manufacturing, or prefabrication.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Experience working with BIM/VDC coordination or prefabrication processes.

  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Journeyman Electrician or equivalent field experience.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Opportunity to support complex and large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Stable and growing organization.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Benefits:
