• Experience in leading and developing preconstruction teams effectively.
• Strong client engagement skills with owners and design teams.
• Familiarity with integrated delivery methods like CMAR and Design-Build.
• Valuable experience in complex project types such as healthcare, federal, and mission-critical environments.
• Proficient with estimating software and advanced construction technologies.
