Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Preferred experience in urgent care and occupational medicine.
• 1 year of marketing experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Working knowledge of healthcare business operations and insurance is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement fiscal practices to achieve budget and key performance targets.
• Set and communicate the center’s annual vision and goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical operations director to uphold standards and improve workflows.
• Oversee scheduling for clinical and administrative staff to align with operational needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for team development.
• Manage the recruitment and retention of clinical and administrative staff to meet patient care demands.
• Ensure adequate inventory of medical supplies and equipment for service needs.
