HealthTexas Medical Group is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee two established primary care clinic locations and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and partnering with providers to create an outstanding experience for patients and staff alike.

As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of two busy clinics, ensuring teams are engaged, patients receive high-quality service, and operational goals are achieved. You will work closely with providers, clinical staff, and organizational leadership to support a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of two primary care clinic locations.
  • Manage and develop a team of providers, medical assistants, and patient care representatives.
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on service excellence.
  • Partner with providers to support efficient clinic workflows and strong patient access.
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Coach and develop employees through regular feedback, performance management, and professional development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, patient experience, and team effectiveness.
  • Support organizational initiatives related to quality, patient satisfaction, and value-based care.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with providers, employees, and patients.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in primary care or multi-site clinic operations.
  • Experience supporting value-based care initiatives and quality programs.
  • Clinical background or experience working in a physician practice environment.
