Practice Manager POSITION SUMMARYThe Practice Manager partners with shareholder and affiliated physicians and senior leadership to ensure the overall efficient operations of the clinical practice. The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day organizational needs of clinic operations, and direct supervision of the office staff. The Practice Manager develops, executes, and oversees aspects of service delivery, quality assurance, governmental regulations, licensing, regulatory compliance, program policies and practices, and assesses and addresses client access, needs, and issues. The position is hands on, interacts, and coordinates with management, staff, and patients.
What you will be doing- Oversees the operations of clinical and non-clinical care for the site, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards including quality assurance, confidentiality, and medical records documentation to ensure effective patient care and service quality.
- Collaborates with operations leadership on development and implementation of clinic goals, policies, procedures, budget plans and work standards.
- Provides direct supervision to support staff (front and back office) and manages employee performance.
- Improves key performance indicators (e.g., revenue cycle, patient access and satisfaction, employee engagement.)
- Key problem-solving resource; point of contact for patient complaints or insurance plan grievances. Affirmatively addresses patient needs or trends and recommends improvement solutions.
- Serves as the OSHA and Compliance Liaison at clinic site, ensuring compliance with established policies, regulations, HIPAA requirements, medical laws, and ethics.
What you will bring to the team- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field preferred, or significant relevant experience in lieu of education.
- 3-5 years of physician practice management experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with team members of diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
- Demonstrated management competencies and skills including financial competence and operational excellence. Holds/attends team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, plus EMRs, charting, practice management systems, project management and data analytics programs.

Compensation is depending on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, or experience that may fall outside of the range shown
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
