  • Support site-level budgeting, expense management, and revenue cycle coordination
  • Lead change management initiatives related to growth, acquisitions, or system upgrades
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Full Job Description
The Practice Manager II oversees our Glens Falls and Malta clinics providing advanced operational leadership. This role partners closely with physicians and senior leadership to drive performance, improve patient access, and optimize staffing, workflows, and financial outcomes.
