Full Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations and collaborating closely with the Concussion Center Medical Director, the Practice Manager oversees daily support operations for the Cantu Concussion Center and Outpatient Rehabilitation department. This role ensures efficient workflows and positive patient experience while managing staffing, compliance, patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and support team supervision. The Practice Manager fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education
      • College degree in appropriate field of study preferred.
  • Experience
      • 2-5 years of work experience, with staff management responsibility, in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Licensure and/or Certification
      • N/A
  • Skills
      • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
      • Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, and billing administrative workflows and compliance processes.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
