Overview

Lead with influence. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience, support clinical excellence and build an engaged, high-performing team within one of the region's leading healthcare organizations. As the Practice Manager, you'll partner with a respected team of six surgeons and two advanced practice providers to lead operations for a fast-paced practice serving 120 to 150 patients each day.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, appropriate staffing levels and a seamless patient experience. You’ll lead, develop and support a team of 28 employees through hiring, coaching, performance management, employee engagement and professional development initiatives. Working closely with surgeons and advanced practice providers, you will serve as the operational leader for the practice, identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing policies and procedures and driving operational efficiency.   

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field required 
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements 
  • 2 years of practice or healthcare experience required
