POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the local radiology practice, partnering with physicians and business development teams to expand the market.
  • Manage practice operations, budgets, operating expenses, capacity planning, key performance metrics, and initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Credentialing, Legal, RCM, scheduling, and other functional teams to ensure physicians are fully supported and operational needs are addressed.
  • Oversee physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, billing compliance, quality programs, and implementation of technology and practice management systems.
  • Build strong relationships with physician clients and radiologists while fostering a productive, team-oriented environment through consistent communication and high service standards. Location: Miami, FL (Baptist Hospital of Miami)


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree; a graduate degree such as an MHA or MBA is preferred.
  • Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in management, healthcare administration, or radiology, with radiology management or private practice experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate experience in accounting, revenue cycle management, finance, P&L oversight, and successful budget management.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and executive stakeholders, with demonstrated success building strong physician relationships.
  • Apply strong leadership, customer relationship management, process design, attention to detail, follow-through, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
