Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/ECE/Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience with HIL platforms including dSPACE and ControlDesk.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation.
• Experience with automotive networks like CAN, LIN, and FlexRay.
• Background in ECU integration and HIL commissioning.
• Familiarity with vehicle systems analysis including AUTOSAR arXML.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope and requirements for HIL bench testing and vehicle systems.
• Develop and maintain HIL models, frameworks, and configurations for testing.
• Integrate and commission various HIL benches and lab vehicles.
• Conduct validation and verification processes for system functionality.
• Manage HIL updates across program milestones and vehicle configurations.
• Coordinate activities related to BOMs, procurement, and lab builds.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support program execution with status reporting.
