Power Platform Software Engineer Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
- Research and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
- Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
- Tests and debugs complex software components and units.
- Acts as a technical resource for lower-level developers and may be assigned lead developer role for small-to-medium sized projects.
- Implements life cycle of services/solution delivery for projects.
- Provides product demonstrations.
Minumum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
- 7+ years of relevant professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse integration
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, Creation, and Administration of Dataverse databases
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting Department of the Air Force customers
- Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies
- Experience with DataBricks
- Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools and techniques
- Experience with Python programming language
- Experience working in an Agile team
Security Clearance Requirements: - Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $105,900.00-$177,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
