Position Specific Description

ThePGD Engineer supports Renewable Central Maintenance by managing the planning, development, and coordination of haul routes and civil logistics for major wind component replacements. This role oversees GIS data management, road modification tracking, and route validation to ensure accurate and accessible information for planners and field teams. This individual delivers routing recommendations and detailed planning packages across the full lifecycle of route execution, from initial survey coordination through final route approval. The role also encompasses landowner and permitting support, including agreement tracking and regulatory compliance with State and County DOT requirements. Working cross-functionally with maintenance planners, civil teams, vendors, survey teams, and landowner representatives, the PGD Engineer ensures that major component transportation activities are carried out safely and efficiently while driving continuous improvement in route planning processes and engineering documentation across the organization.
