Full Job Description
We are looking for a Portfolio Solutions Specialist to join our team. This will be a hybrid role based in O'Fallon, MO, Chicago, IL, Alpharetta, GA or New York, NY.

Your Team

Join our dynamic Portfolio Solutions team in North America, where we manage and oversee complex delegated authority portfolios across multiple lines of business. Our team partners closely with underwriting, operations, finance, legal, compliance, and reinsurance stakeholders to support the onboarding, governance, monitoring, and profitability oversight of sophisticated MGA programs.

We are focused on building scalable operational frameworks, delivering executive-level portfolio insights, and supporting the continued growth of complex delegated authority business across North America.

The Impact You Will Have

Reporting to the Regional Head of Portfolio Solutions and Delegated Authority in North America, this role will play a critical role in supporting highly complex, multi-line delegated authority programs.

This position is responsible for supporting onboarding activities, monitoring portfolio performance, managing operational timelines and governance requirements, and assisting with executive-level reporting and profitability oversight.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management capability, delegated authority experience, operational discipline, and an understanding of underwriting operations, portfolio monitoring, and risk mitigation concepts.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

Complex Program & Portfolio Oversight
  • Support onboarding and ongoing management of highly complex delegated authority facilities across multiple lines of business
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor onboarding progress, operational readiness, and governance requirements for new MGA facilities
  • Track portfolio activity, performance metrics, and operational milestones across assigned programs


Portfolio Monitoring & Executive Reporting
  • Support ongoing monitoring of portfolio profitability, premium activity, claims trends, and operational performance
  • Assist with development of executive-level reporting and portfolio dashboards
  • Identify emerging concerns, operational gaps, or reporting inconsistencies and escalate appropriately


Stakeholder & Compliance Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with underwriting, operations, finance, legal, compliance, claims, and external
  • MGA partners
  • Drive follow-up actions and maintain accountability across multiple stakeholders
  • Support collection and tracking of compliance requirements, due diligence items, onboarding materials, and governance documentation


Operational Coordination
  • Support coordination of bordereaux submissions and operational reporting processes
  • Partner with operations and data teams to support booking and reporting activities
  • Help manage evolving operational complexities across multi-line facilities


What You'll Bring to the Role
  • 5-7+ years of insurance industry experience
  • Strong understanding of delegated authority structures and MGA/carrier relationships
  • Understanding of underwriting operations, portfolio monitoring, and risk mitigation concepts
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-line insurance programs preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

The annualized base pay range for this role is $78,909 to $119,255 for O'Fallon, MO, $ 107,913 - $132,236 for Chicago & Alpharetta and $101,364 - $153,200 for New York. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
