Full Job Description
Portfolio Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium associations in Central New Jersey. Salary is $85,000-$90,000

Portfolio Includes:
  • Three (3) days per week onsite in Old Bridge
  • One (1) day per week onsite in Rahway
  • Oversight of two smaller condominium communities

The successful candidate will work closely with Boards of Trustees, homeowners, vendors, and the management team to ensure each community is professionally managed and maintained.
