Portfolio & Risk Manager

In this role, you'll be at the center of our financial operations-managing loan fund treasury activities, ensuring compliance with key funding partners, and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions.
What You'll Do

Lead Treasury & Financial Management
  • Manage and optimize treasury functions across loan funds and organizational finances
  • Oversee cash flow to ensure lending commitments are met effectively

Drive Compliance & Program Success
  • Manage compliance and reporting for major funding partners
  • Serve as program manager for key lending initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and strong standing

Deliver Meaningful Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and present financial reports for leadership, Board of Directors, auditors, and funders
  • Provide clear insights to support decision-making and organizational growth

Improve Systems & Scale Operations
  • Enhance financial systems, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and capacity
  • Help build infrastructure to support a growing, mission-driven organization

Collaborate Across Teams & Partners
  • Work closely with the lending team to ensure seamless fund management
  • Coordinate with external partners (accounting, payroll, banking, HR, and accreditation providers)
What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar role
