Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Policy Analyst with a TS/SCI to join our team! In this role you will get to:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide office staff with expert advice and assistance with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis required to establish needed office structure(s) and create appropriate documentation.
- Research, evaluate and determine the impact of changes to mission needs or organizational practices, and to update technical security policies and recommend appropriate countermeasures to accommodate changing technologies/practices.
- Conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis to identify problems and opportunities or support policy recommendations.
- Produce high-quality deliverables or products, draw conclusions, and communicate findings and implications.
- Work with subject matter experts to coordinate responses to requests, and for technical guidance on and the interpretation of countermeasures-related policies and standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree related to function or equivalent experience that meets guidelines established for job
- Minimum of 2+ years of related professional experience
- Active TS/SCI is required
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
