Responsibilities

  • Maintain a minimum office presence of 5 days per week at the assigned government site in Chantilly, VA.
  • Support and coordinate with PMs to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Oversee project aspects, monitor progress, and provide updates to PM/DPM and clients when necessary.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders for successful project execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management on project status and program requirements.
  • Manage the creation of important Program Management Review documents for customer presentation.
  • Assist in government contracting efforts, including bidding and program management processes.

Full Job Description
AT&TT has an opening for a PMO Project Manager to support the Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO works directly for the Contract Program Manager (PM) and supports a variety of tasks and assignments as required, and assigned by the PM, Deputy PM (DPM), and occasionally tasked from the supported customer. The job duties of the PMO Project Manager are as follows:  • This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Work to be performed at a government customer site in Chantilly, VA. • As a member of the PMO Support Team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordination with other PMs for completion of tasks and projects on time. The Candidate will help oversee all aspects of projects including monitoring and summarize progress of project, providing periodic status to the PM/DPM, and when required, providing final disposition to the customer. • Works directly with senior level managers working for the PM and coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and completed on time. • Coordinate with Service Business Leads and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects and other work as required by the PMO. • Create and maintain comprehensive project and contract documentation. On a quarterly basis, manage the creation of an extensive and detailed Program Management Review (PMR) that will not only be presented to the customer, but be delivered as a formal Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document. • On a quarterly basis, manage the creation of an extensive and detailed Award Fee and Shared Destiny Self-Assessment that will be delivered to the customer and retained as a program report. • Ability to provide timely, accurate, and well-coordinated responses to customer data calls, Requests for Information (RFIs), and ad-hoc requests, ensuring alignment with program requirements, leadership direction, and contractual obligations. • Provide support and expertise to the PMO team for various government contracting efforts that include, but not limited to, contract bidding, acquisition, modification, statement of work formulation, and other program management processes. • Apply strong analytical and financial management skills to develop engineering cost estimates, assess project and contract funding requirements, analyze budget impacts, and support contract funding realignments based on customer requirements and priorities. • Serve as the project manager for the development, implementation, and maintenance of program-wide performance metrics and Tableau dashboards used for internal and external reporting. • Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and metric definition processes; prioritize competing requests and initiatives; drive projects forward with minimal direction; ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity; coordinate across cross-functional teams; and oversee the iterative design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of dashboards to support performance monitoring, decision-making, and continuous program improvement. • Use and continually develop leadership skills. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Help ensure that the execution of the contract follows the personnel and ODC spend plan developed for the year being executed. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: The candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a doctorate and 3 years of experience OR master’s and 4 years, bachelor’s and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS and 10 years. • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, network infrastructure, cloud/hybrid cloud, and data center environments, including support for Intelligence Community, National Security, or mission-critical government communications programs. • Demonstrated experience managing technical projects, programs, requirements, service delivery efforts, and/or complex implementations in large enterprise IT and network environments while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and service providers. • Experience coordinating and collaborating across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, customer, and other stakeholder organizations to achieve mission and program objectives. • Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating technical discussions, project reviews, governance boards, customer engagements, and executive-level communications to drive alignment, issue resolution, and program execution. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve program performance reporting, streamline project management activities, and strengthen data-driven decision-making processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop executive briefings, reports, dashboards, metrics, performance reports, plans, procedures, and project documentation to support program management and customer decision-making. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ServiceNow, and/or similar ITSM/workflow management tools. • Proven ability to work effectively in professional team environments and deliver high-quality results in complex, fast-paced settings. • Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization platforms is a plus.
