What You'll do:
Groundswell isseekinga highly organized and detail-orientedPMO Analystto support the successful execution of a complex Intelligence Community modernization program. Reporting to the Program Manager, this individual will support day-to-day program coordination, reporting, schedule tracking, contract deliverables, and documentation activities.
The PMO Analyst will work across program leadership, technical and functional teams, contracts, finance, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to collect information,maintainprogram artifacts, track actions and milestones, and supporttimelyandaccurateprogram reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced Federal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Program Manager with day-to-day program management, coordination, and reporting activities.
Coordinate the development, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables to supportaccurateandtimelydelivery.
Track contract deliverables, milestones, and due dates and follow up with responsible team members on outstanding items.
Support the maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by collecting updates from project and workstream leads.
Maintain program trackers, including risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones.
Prepare andmaintainstandard program templates, status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and customer briefings.
Coordinate with technical teams, finance, contracts, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to collect inputs for program reporting and deliverables.
Support program and customer meetings by preparing agendas and materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items through closure.
Assistwith customer-facing program reviews and milestone events, including SRR, PDR, CDR, and quarterly program reviews.
Review program deliverables for completeness, formatting, and consistency with established contract and customer requirements prior to submission.
Support cost, schedule, and performance reporting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting when applicable.
Maintain organized program documentation, files, and recordsin accordance withestablished program and customer standards.
Work location & Travel Requirements
Must be local to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and willing to work onsite within customer SCIF environments a minimum of four (4) days per week.
Approximately 5% travel within the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region isrequired.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
Active TS clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access and CI Polygraph. Candidates who currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph will receive priority consideration.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience supporting Federal government programs, technology projects, or similar complex initiatives.
Experience supporting project or program management activities such as status reporting, schedule tracking, action-item management, deliverable coordination, or meeting support.
Experience supporting the development, coordination, or tracking of program and/or contract deliverables.
Familiarity with Federal government contracting environments and program documentation.
Experiencemaintainingproject schedules, trackers, reports, or dashboards.
Experience coordinating information and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Familiarity with project or program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while knowing when to raise questions, issues, or risks to program leadership
Preferred Qualifications
CertifiedAssociate in Project Management(CAPM) certification.
Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
Experience supporting enterprise technology, ERP, or HCM implementation programs.
Experience working with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Familiarity with risk, issue, action, and dependency tracking.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.
Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, or OEM partners as part of a larger program team.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$74,700.00 - $158,420.00
