Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; no evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts

Salary: $110,000 per year

Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking a PMHNP / Clinical Practice Operations Manager who enjoys both providing high-quality psychiatric care and helping a growing practice operate at its best. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PMHNP who wants to continue seeing patients while taking on meaningful clinical leadership and practice operations responsibilities.

You will partner closely with practice leadership and the medical director to support excellent patient care, develop efficient workflows, strengthen provider support, and help shape the continued growth of the practice.

The role offers a balance of direct patient care and operational leadership, with the flexibility to structure your day around clinical and administrative responsibilities. You will have a voice in how the practice operates and the support of an experienced leadership team-you won't be expected to figure it out alone.

What You'll Do

Clinical Care
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
  • Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while contributing to the overall success of the practice.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to support continuity of care and clinical excellence.
  • Help promote a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered experience.

Practice Operations & Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement workflow improvements that reduce friction for patients and providers.
  • Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, provider utilization, and patient flow.
  • Lead and support a small administrative team, fostering accountability, communication, and professional growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a clinical and operational resource for providers and staff.
  • Help evaluate and implement systems, processes, and services that support practice growth.

Quality & Patient Experience
  • Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable behavioral health regulations.
  • Help maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Serve as an escalation point for patient concerns and help identify trends that can improve the patient experience.

Qualifications
