Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing crews on multimillion dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license required.
• Strong knowledge of National and local building codes and safety standards.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer and writing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train field project team members effectively.
• Plan and organize contracted work production.
• Build relationships with customers and various trades.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve production conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with installation quality and mechanical codes.
• Oversee material and personnel management for schedule adherence.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all practices.
