BONFE - PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER

$80,000 - $100,000 annually | Full Time | South St. Paul

**Plumbing Journeyman's License Not Required But Highly Preferred**

As a Plumbing Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of plumbing technicians responsible for residential service, repair, installation, and maintenance. You'll help drive department performance while ensuring technicians have the training, coaching, resources, and support they need to succeed.

  • $80,000-$100,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, leadership background, and demonstrated ability to drive performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily department operations, including reviewing performance metrics, prior-day results, and priorities.
  • Conduct department meetings and participate in daily operations huddles to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing technical, customer service, and Nexstar training to develop technician skills and performance.
  • Ensure team members understand and consistently follow Bonfe processes, systems, and standards.
  • Monitor department performance through daily metrics, reporting, and performance logs.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop and implement coaching plans to support individual and team development.
  • Participate in the On-Call rotation and provide leadership support when needed.
  • Support the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary processes for the department.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team environment focused on customer experience, employee development, and operational excellence.


What You'll Bring:
  • Required: 5+ years Previous management or leadership experience.
  • Experience leading and developing employees.
  • Plumbing License or experience not required but highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management, organization, and prioritization.
  • Ability to use technology and business systems to identify challenges, improve processes, and support team performance.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
