Plumbing Project Manager Multi-Family to join our team.
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and successfully delivering commercial and multi-family plumbing projects ranging from
$500,000 to $10 million. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong financial acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, schedules, and budgets.

What You'll Do: - Manage all phases of commercial and multi-family plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and production goals
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, contracts, and plumbing system requirements
- Prepare and analyze job cost reports, financial forecasts, work-in-progress (WIP) reports, and manpower projections
- Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and process change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and project documentation
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure drawings, schedules, and project documentation remain current
- Conduct periodic jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, engineers, inspectors, and municipal agencies
What You'll Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial or multi-family plumbing construction
- Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, job costing, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Experience managing projects valued between $500,000 and $10 million
- Proficiency with construction management software, including Procore, Sage, Spectrum, Raken, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Work Environment: - Combination of office and jobsite work
- May require travel to project locations as needed
