Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates and address any concerns.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage billing to ensure profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including field plumbers and other staff.
  • Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.


Requirements:
