Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor
Position Summary
The Plumbing / HVAC Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily plumbing and HVAC activities across two production lines. This role drives productivity, ensures high-quality installations, and maintains safe, efficient workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing and HVAC technicians across
production lines
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Drive daily production targets, ensuring schedule adherence and labor efficiency
• Maintain workflow and eliminate bottlenecks to support continuous line movement
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing and HVAC system issues
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, NEC standards, company policies, and VBC quality expectations
• Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation
• Utilize systems including ACC, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and outside contractors
• Support capital projects, installations, and system upgrades
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful module completion
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred
• 5+ years of plumbing and/or HVAC experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Information
Pay Range: $40.32 - $44.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
