Are you an experienced plumbing leader who knows how to bring out the best in people, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive strong operational results? We're looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to lead the Plumbing & Drain team and play a key role in growing a high-performing residential service business.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who can balance team development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build a team and operation positioned for continued growth.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
  • Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
  • Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development.
  • Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes, company standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with leadership and other departments to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the Plumbing & Drain business and strengthen team performance.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain service, or a related home-services environment.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in plumbing or home services.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing service and drain operations.
  • A track record of developing teams and improving performance.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance service quality and business results.
  • Ability to use performance metrics and business data to make informed decisions.
  • A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in helping people succeed.
  • Plumbing license or relevant trade certifications are a plus.
