Description

We are seeking a PLC to provide technical support for the installation, integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC-based control systems and SCADA systems associated with the project's tunnel and infrastructure systems.

-Project: Heavy Civil Construction Project

-Estimated duration of the position: 1 year - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee on other projects to give him/her continuity.

-Responsibilities:

- Support the installation, configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC and SCADA systems.

- Troubleshoot PLC hardware, software, communication networks, field devices, sensors, actuators, and control panels.

- Review and modify PLC programs, control logic, alarms, interlocks, and system sequences as required.

- Support SCADA configuration, graphics, alarms, trends, communications, and system integration. - Assist with integration between PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, electrical systems, and other tunnel control systems.

- Perform field testing, functional testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

- Support FAT, SAT, start-up, and commissioning procedures.

- Review drawings, control diagrams, I/O lists, network architecture, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, ITS, controls, commissioning, and construction teams.

- Identify system issues and support the development and implementation of corrective actions.

- Document testing results, system modifications, troubleshooting activities, and commissioning progress.

- Support the preparation of system turnover and as-built documentation.

- Ensure work complies with project requirements, applicable standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

-Working hours: Monday to Friday- 9 work hours+ 1 hour lunch break. Flexibility required.
