As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex programs from concept through launch, bringing engineering, product, and business teams together around shared goals. You will be responsible for building clear program plans, managing dependencies and risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout delivery. We are seeking applicants with strong technical knowledge, thoughtful communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
What you will be doing:Lead end-to-end technical program delivery, from initial concept and planning through execution and launch.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, goals, deliverables, and measures of success.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate technical discussions, clarify decisions, and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
Track program progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions to stakeholders at all levels.
Improve program management practices, delivery processes, and collaboration across teams.
5+ years’ applicable experience, with demonstrated success managing complex technical programs, including 2+ years’ specialized or industry experience.
Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
Experience managing multiple complex programs simultaneously using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
