Full Job Description
The Plant Operations Director is responsible for the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment and mechanical systems, and for driving the community vehicles. Complies with federal, state and local standards for community operation.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • 8-Hour Shifts
  • Weekend and holiday availability as needed


Requirements:

  • Two or more years' experience working in a facilities maintenance position with progressive responsibilities or in a related field.
  • Ability to locate problems and arrive at solutions as swiftly as possible.
  • Familiar with tools and have a knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and safety, understanding all tasks must be completed In conformity with company policies and procedures, Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient.
