Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinates all in plant activity following principles, and procedures established by company.
- Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
- Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of employee resources, machines, and equipment.
- Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
- Revises production schedules and priorities as result of staffing, procurement or equipment failure.
- Consults with manufacturing engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment to improve production, and quality of products.
- Communicate production issues to appropriate departments.
- Provides reports and data of production to management as requested.
- Recommend budgets to management.
- Regularly converse with all production employees to promote engagement and retention. Applies to all production mgmt. levels.
- Know, observe and enforce all general safety rules and such special instructions that are designated for their plant.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Manage supervisors and staff in Plant Operations.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferred.
- Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.
Physical Demands:- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including being physically capable of maneuvering throughout, work area, product, and equipment.
