Take your next career step with Royal Switchgear Manufacturing (a Maclean Power Systems Company), a leader in engineering, design, and manufacturing of critical electrical infrastructure solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Plant Manager who is responsible for managing operations within a complex industry. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented team player with strong analytical skills, a process improvement mindset, detail orientation, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Location: Onsite - Bessemer, Alabama

What You'll Do

Assist with overseeing policies, procedures and processes designed to minimize costs and maximize production
  • Manage production control and methods, maintenance, cost accounting, supply/logistics, distribution, manufacturing and other tasks associated with plant management
  • Ensure that plant operations comply with the appropriate safety standards and regulations
  • Prepare and maintain plant budgets
  • Draft reports regarding plant operations and maintenance
  • Ensure that organizational production expectations are met
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
