Plant Manager - AndersonThe Plant Manager serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for driving manufacturing performance through the development of high-performing teams and leaders. This role oversees plant operations while fostering a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong leadership, coaching, communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and talent development skills to build organizational capability and achieve business objectives through others.
Location: This is an
on-site position requiring daily presence at the manufacturing facility.
The pay range for this role is $97,200 to $117,000 depending on experience and qualifications.Job Requirements:Proven Manufacturing Leadership Experience- Minimum 5 years of success leading through other leaders in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with coaching, performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning.
Ability to Develop High-Performing Teams- Proven ability to build and develop leaders and teams.
- Experience identifying talent, creating succession plans, and ensuring employees are in the "Right People, Right Seats" positions.
Strong Leadership and Soft Skills- Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to foster accountability, employee engagement, teamwork, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
Operational Excellence Expertise- Ability to lead manufacturing operations and drive results in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with KPI management, problem-solving, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education and Technical Proficiency- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Key Requirements- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including leading supervisors and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, accountability, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record driving operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
